Returns

Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Just email hello@special-gifts.co.uk and we'll send you a returns label.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or missing, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement straight away — no questions, no fuss.
